Skål (meaning “cheers”) invokes the spirit of a Viking meadhall within a warm, welcoming, & often raucous setting. Here you’ll find a rotating lineup of craft beer, a vast selection of mead, & a cocktail program highlighting the Scandinavian spirit, aquavit. Our Nordic inspired kitchen explores the flavors of the sea, woods, and farm with plates designed to pair with your drink. Plan a group celebration and be treated like a Jarl with one of our Viking feasts or attend one of our unique classes or events. Rentals &
Catering
Skål offers partial or full rentals of the beer hall for celebrations or events, as well as private use of our covered and heated outdoor space. We also offer a rotating selection of feasts for small to large groups, party platters, and full catering options to enjoy at the beer hall or another venue. Please contact us for details.
Upcoming Events
We host a diverse lineup of community-focused events that are best enjoyed with a beer in hand. Once a month, we host a brewery/meadery partner for our ticketed Valhalla Dinner Series, featuring a five-course pairing meal. Other events are inspired by our Nordic heritage, our love for the PNW, and our thirst for knowledge and fun!
Drag Brunch

The Queens of the Beer Hall return for a drag brunch performance! Stacey Starstruck will be joined on the runway by Beau Degas & Siren. We'll have a featured brunch and bar menu for the show. Doors open 1130a, show at 1p. All Ages | $10 Cover. Reservations recommended. Walk-in space available at bar
Beer & Cheese Pairing Class

We have teamed up with Street Cheese & Aslan Brewing for a night of beer and cheese! Come try five unique cheeses paired with a diverse lineup of beer tasters. Courtney from Street Cheese will be on hand to teach us about the cheeses and provide guidance on how to pair cheese with beer.
