Skål (meaning “cheers”) invokes the spirit of a Viking mead hall - it’s warm, welcoming, & often raucous! Here you’ll find a rotating lineup of craft beer, a vast selection of mead, & a cocktail program highlighting the Scandinavian spirit, aquavit. Our gastropub style kitchen explores the flavors of the sea, woods, and farm with plates designed to pair with your drink. Skål offers partial or full rentals of the beer hall for celebrations or events, as well as private use of our covered and heated outdoor space. We also offer Viking feasts for small to large groups, party platters, and full catering options to enjoy at the beer hall or another venue. Please contact us for details.

Upcoming Events

We host a diverse lineup of community-focused events that are best enjoyed with a beer in hand. Once a month, we host a communal Viking Feast with a pairing from a local beer or mead partner. Other events are inspired by our Nordic heritage, our love for the PNW, and our thirst for knowledge and fun!

5th Annual Jul Market

Join us for our annual Jul Market in our covered & heated outdoor space! You'll find a collection of Nordic vendors and local craftsmen. Shop for holiday gifts as you sip on gløgg. Plus, we'll have live holiday music & a visit from the Jul Father! All ages welcome. No tickets required. This is a free event. Outside seating is seat yourself first come, first served. If you'd like to dine inside after shopping and enjoy our fireplace, we strongly encourage making a reservation. The majority of the beer hall is for walk-ins, so plenty of space to seat yourself if no reservations are available.
